Hadn’t been to the dentist in years. Kept putting it off because I hate going and was anxious about it. My father recommended going here and said that he loved the staff and dentist. I’m glad that I decided to go here. Everyone is very friendly and personable. Staff is flexible about appointments and friendly at the front desk. My hygienist was very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the start. She answered my questions and any concerns that I had. Dentist is a very down to earth and makes you feel comfortable and not intimidated. He’s also a kind, genuine person which is hard to find, coming from me as someone who personally works in the medical field, especially when it comes to doctors.

I'll just say I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I'm blessed in the fact that I don't have frequent dental problems (knock on wood), but when I do go, it's not just routine. Bethany did a deep cleaning on me, which is not a comfortable procedure at all. However, I will say this... her and her staff were all very professional, caring, and empathetic. Our kids go great here, and my experience was positive enough that i may actually go to my follow-up appointments. If you need to go to the dentist you can't go wrong choosing this place.

Was very pleased with the options Doc Matt was able to offer me. I had a throbbing tooth ache over the weekend and his staff made sure I got in ASAP. Very friendly, relaxed atmosphere with really good people.
Totally walked me thru the process, showing me pics and options if things I could do. I have really good insurance but they made me feel ny well being was more important that getting paid. Offered several options on payment plans which was a huge relief to me. Thanks to Doc Matt and all his staff.

Dr. Matthew and staff are wonderful. I am dental phobic so going to dentist even for teeth cleaning is white knuckles all the way. The staff is exceptionally helpful at getting you in quick if there are acute dental issues going. Dr. Matthew is so gifted that you barely feel him numbing your jaw up to do work. This is da man! He and his team are great to work with, very professional and gentle. Front desk is hospitable and great with communications.

Where do I start, ... last August I went to have my teeth cleaned, before she finished , I mentioned I think my niteguard isn’t fitting correctly hence rubbing a sore spot. She instructs me to bring in niteguard and they’ll adjust if necessary. I brought back niteguard and it fit the way it’s supposed to. She noticed a sore under my tongue,she then left to get the Dentist . The dentist after looking closely told me he’d like for me to have Dr.Calender look at my tongue, so he set me an appointment .....Dr.C did a biopsy ... the results came back cancerous. They all played a significant part in saving my life. After 2 surgeries at Vanderbilt I am cancer free today, all because of Baxter Family Dentistry catching the cancer early , and the attentive staff by Dr. Halliburton and Dr Whitson . Grateful for Gods Grace .Every day is a gift.🙏🏻❤️. Don’t put off having a dental checkup or cleaning , it literally saved my life. Many Thanks again to your staff❤️👍

Dr. Whitson came in today to my work and introduced himself! I haven’t gone since Dr. Thompson left and there was a lot of transition because I felt like the patient care got lost. I wanted to see the same dentist who knew me by name not a rotation of providers. So I expressed my concerns and he listened! Offered his direct contact for any emergency visits. Spoke volumes and we will be coming back to our hometown

Where do I start, ... last August I went to have my teeth cleaned, before she finished , I mentioned I think my niteguard isn’t fitting correctly hence rubbing a sore spot. She instructs me to bring in niteguard and they’ll adjust if necessary. I brought back niteguard and it fit the way it’s supposed to. She noticed a sore under my tongue,she then left to get the Dentist . The dentist after looking closely told me he’d like for me to have Dr.Calender look at my tongue, so he set me an appointment .....Dr.C did a biopsy ... the results came back cancerous. They all played a significant part in saving my life. After 2 surgeries at Vanderbilt I am cancer free today, all because of Baxter Family Dentistry catching the cancer early , and the attentive staff by Dr. Halliburton and Dr Whitson . Grateful for Gods Grace .Every day is a gift.🙏🏻❤️. Don’t put off having a dental checkup or cleaning , it literally saved my life. Many Thanks again to your staff❤️👍

I have never felt more welcome to walk into a dentist office. The staff are INCREDIBLE. When you walk into the office they greet you with smiles and a warm attitude.
